The mission of Flinn Associates is to provide our customers with a sales performance system, based on analysis, which improves employee productivity, creates a synchronization of goals, vision and values, with measurable results.
Vision
Critical to the growth of our clients’ is the development and implementation of a sales performance system; focusing in equal measure on the needs of individuals, the wants of the organization, and the requirements of the customer.
Background
Skip Flinn founded Flinn Associates, Inc. based in Northwestern Vermont, in 2001. Mr. Flinn’s twenty-five plus years of professional management experience provides the essential hands-on knowledge of today’s business challenges. His leadership positions included regional responsibilities for sales and marketing, and executive management of distribution and production facilities located throughout the northeast. This professional experience facilitated the development of significant skills and expertise in sales management resulting in essential organizational leadership capabilities.
These skills include:
• Leadership, through an excellent perception of human relations, and a vision of the future;
• Group dynamics, with a strong ability to build commitment and accountability;
• Marketing positioning and strategic program management;
• High level representation, tack, diplomacy and discretion;

Flinn Associates is associated with and utilizes the products developed by the following organizations:
1. Positive Directions, Inc. Baseline™ surveys. Baseline™ is a collection of various survey
feedback instruments or management tools that provide clear and meaningful information for
continuous improvement. Baseline™ measures gaps between current performance and
expectations as perceived by all involved parties.
2. TTI Performance Systems LTD is a research-based, professional problem-solving resource,
which specializes in the resolution of issues related to performance improvement. Through Flinn
Associates, TTI’s services are specifically designed to help people acquire the knowledge, skills,
and wisdom, which will enable them to be more productive and self-directed in their personal
and professional lives.
